Can at Maakun’s, big thanks! Watery pale, no head. Sweet and green, blossomy, sugary and tart. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very cool and fresh feel to it. Northern cider vibes, but sweeter than the bone dry Dutch or Scandinavian stuff.

Can at home. Clear pale white wine with short lasting fizzy white head. Dry apple, mineral, soft yeast, crisp pear, light leafy, green apple, kiwi. Under medium sweet and sour, very light bitter. Medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation and dry finish. Decent.
