16th century Russian drink, here described as a Kvass-inspired “pale ale w/ bread.” Definitely unique, in its own class. Light, organic, huh

Tap at Bungalow. PRetty amber orange, clear, with lace. Lightly toasty nose, some caramel, bready flavor, rather cleean, oranges, spicy yeast. Nice for a low alcohol beer. You can taste the bread, but different to kvass fermentation wise.
