The secrets of the ancient recipe were passed by word of mouth, from father to son. Light hoppy beverage with pure malt aroma and inimitable taste is a true discovery for all who are devoted to classics and ancient traditions. Formerly 4.0% ABV.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with very generous white head. Slowly settles down to a small cover, Basic malty and grainy aroma, although slightly skunky. The balanced taste of the body finishes with a pleasant bitterness. A small metal feel in the aftertaste. Very enjoyable and refreshing lager. Perfest for this hot weather.

Bottle @ Hotel Fortuna Vest. Prague. Pours yellow with a white head. aroma of light malt, grain, corn, cardboard. Flavor is rather sweet with grain, corn, cardboard, notes of hay. Medium body, lively carbonation. 200414

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear bright golden colour, with an initially creamy white head. Aroma of grain and malt. Slightly oily texture, and medium/low carbonation. Nothing revolutionary, however quite enjoyed this.

Typical lager nose with grain, cereals, a bit of corn and slight sugar cane accents. Visual is gold / straw with an extreme transparency. Thick creamy head, long lasting, sticking well to glass and leaving some traces. Taste: A light and watery texture is surprising the taste buds to start with; but the liquid has a good carbonation though. The taste profile is located within a cereal sugar fermentation basis but somehow too discreet. Dispite it’s lack of taste, it is indeed a very refreshing beer mainly because of it’s good carbonation. Manque évident de saveur mais facilement buvable et rafraichissante.

Revisited. Can at 4.7%. Clear gold. Large frothy head. Nose: pilsner malts, Spicy hops. Light body. Lively carbonation. Taste: medium dry, subtle grains, some bread, spicy hops. Light bitterness. Medium long hoppy ending. Hoppy aftertaste. Very drinkable.

Aroma: grassy kettle hops, bit malty, slightly sour.
Taste: dry, slightly sour and bitter.
Quite a clean and crisp lager. Bland, but no off-flavours.

500 ml bottle from Hi-Time. Label in English! Pours light gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is grass/herb over bread. About med body. Flavor is mixed - it seems a bit grapey, with some mild sweetness and a very light touch of noble hope. Not bad for the ABV.
