50 cl bottle, poured in to a Tulip. Batch # 866. Pitch black with a dense, tanned head. Roasted aroma with liqourice, caramel malts, citrus, chocolate and grapefruit. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Long lasting bitter and roasted finish with grapefruits and citrus. Excellent B-IPA, very enjoyable.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very dark brown with a slight tan head. Aroma is mixed citrus with very roast malt backbone. Make that toast malt. Med body or better. Flavor is very hoppy, quite bitter, and mostly citrus. Bold flavors and strong. Finishing well towards dry and bitter enough for me. Which is saying something. Good stuff.

In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, herbal piney hops, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle 10 years old from Bièropholie.
