500 mml bottle tasted on the 11/11/2014. Pours black colour with a medium foamy beige head. Aroma of hops, roasted malts, brown sugar, chocolate and grapefruit. The taste is medium bitter with presence of chocolate and hops. Aftertaste is a little dry with a presence of alcohol but all well balanced. Low to medium body and carbonation. Next one please!

Black color with a light tan head, easy formation, slightly creamy, compacted, good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is roasty, hops very present, coffee, and black chocolate, , slightly licorice hints. Flavor is moderate bittery with notes of roasted and toasted malts, perhaps burnt, black coffee present as well, soma ashes. The final has a very good bitterness with good duration and dominated by roasted malts.

0,5L bottle. Pours black with tan head. The head stays. Aroma is roast, fruits, berries, and citrus. Flavor is intense roast, coffee, fruits, citrus, some dark chocolate. Finish is intense coffee bitter. Overall: great brew, but I would prefer a little bit more sweetness to balance the bitterness.

Pours mahogany tinged black into a shaker. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Dark chocolate and dank resin aromas. Thick with dark chocolate upfront turning thin with sweet resin and espresso in the lasting finish.

Bottle from Toft Vin, Copenhagen - pours black with a puffy tan head. The aroma and taste is a great balance of roasted malts and a medley of topical and citrus fruity notes, slight grassy, some caramel, grapefruit. Nice mouthfeel and great finish. Lovely bipa this.

Black color with a huge beige head. Nice lacing. Coffee, mild chocolate, roasted and mild grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fine body. Tad sweet and a fine bitterness. Good balanced. Maybee a bit to much carbonation. Coffee dominated flavor. Also roasted, some chocolate, mild licorice and mild grapefruit hoppy. Missed some tropical fruity notes, and could have been more hoppy flavor also. A nice and tasty ale. But hoped for more BIPAish stuff.
