It is a nice beer, we could say that it is a mix between a pils and an IPA, decent bitterness, a bit citrus perfect with a pizza, 17.07.16, at Prélaz, finding this beer in Italy.

Bottled 330ml. -at random bar, Torino. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild fruity nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, hoppy, light grassy and citrusy with bitterish finish. Not bad at all.

Bright hop nose, lemon, grapefruit, light white grapes, spices and minerals. A bit of honey-biscuit malt too. Hazy, almost pastel, pale golden with a tall, fine, airy head. Flavor is pithy, citrus hops, honey malts, grains, minerals. A bit too grainy. Hops are very new world, slightly pissy and very minerally. Doesn’t quite keep up with the nose, especially maltwise. Crisp body, though, and a bright, bitter finish, maybe just a bit too bitter. Verging on a bit of DMS.

33cl bottle. Pours rather hazy gold with medium white foam, fine. Aroma is fruity and herbaceous. Body is fairly dense with a bit of stickiness and good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet and with good bitterness. Finish is enjoyable with a long lasting bitterness.

Bottiglia @ Golosaria 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma è aderente e abbondante, a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante. La parte liquida è chiara, con frizzantezza a bollicine fini con carbonazione abbondante, vivace, persistente e insistita. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è medio. L’amaro è percettibile. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il finale è lungo e pulito.

Blond ale, really cloudy; the head disappears in a few seconds. Malt aroma, overwelmed by the yeast aroma. Yeast and hop in the mouth, that probably the hop has been too long in the mash. Ordinary hop finish, too much bitter.
