(355ml can from the brewery webshop c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours nearly clear bright yellow with a white head and no lace. Aroma of candied lemon, floral honey, quite a decent amount of rich cinnamon, candied ginger vibes but not really spicy, there's a definite tea-like vibe to the nose with subtle grain and some vanilla dessert like overtones. Flavour is a bit less of an adjunct party, clean lightly tart lactic lemon and a bit of zest balanced with sweet honey, subtle vanilla, herbal/floral tea like notes, a little spicebox and some soft cereals. Light to medium bodied but with a smooth kind of creamy slickness and soft carbonation. Interesting and rather unique, especially in the nose. Ideally I'd have kicked up the adjuncts on the tongue a touch but this is a cool iced tea substitute.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Chamomile and ginger with some spice. Soured vanilla and cinnamon with some interesting soured spice.
