(355ml can from the brewery webshop c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours dark cola brown colour with a smallish tan head that leaves a little lace. Aroma of sour cola gummy candy (must be grape juice and lavender here), chocolate milk powder, some more explicit grape as well, a little berry acidity, mixed aromatic citrus peels, caramel nuttiness. Flavour is tart grape juice, some red berries, decent amount of lavender, chocolate and vanilla powdered drink, touch of sour cola and citrus candies, some tart navel orange, citrus peels, light dusty roast. Medium plus acidity and light sweetness through the sip, light dusty roast bitterness with some citrusy hops in the finish. Light to moderate but oily slick body with soft carbonation. Feared a trainwreck with this style and adjunct combination but it was super-fun and very well-made!

Jet black with a decent beige head. Berry, mint, lavender and vanilla. Like an aromatic soap. Sour vanilla and lavender. Complex and fun.
