30.01.2020 Aromat słód i karmel.. Beżowa piana drobna, ciemnobrązowe opalizujące. Smak melanoidyny, przypalony chleb, suszona śliwka, .Gęste i ciężkie, niskie nagazowanie, alkohol nie wyczuwalny, finiszu gorycz przypalonego chleba. Pomimo dużej gęstości nie jest wyklejające, bardziej wytrawne. Dość mało karmelowe.

Leicht oxidierter, vollmundig getrieidger Beginn. Moderat malzig, geringfügig alkoholisch, langer Nachhall , der zunehmend schokoladig wird. Gut. 10/8/7/9/10/8

Piana bezowa, spora choc szybko opada, ale koronka spora powstaje. Zapach karmelu, czekolady goracej. W smaku karmelowosc, slodycz czekolady z dodatkiem kawy, alkohol ukryty, wyrazne deserowe i tresciwy eisbock, barwa nie jest gesta, piwo jest ciemno czerwonej barwy.

Barwa bursztynowo-miedziana, pod światło zamglone. piana gęsta opada bez śladu. W aromacie karmel, ciasteczka korzenne, toffi oraz szlachetny alkohol. W smaku wyczuwalne podobne nuty. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, sprawia odczucie słodkiego i lekko zalepiającego. Alkohol wyczuwalny, przyjemnie rozgrzewa przełyk. Dobra robota!

Bottle 330ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Pinta Eisbock Grand Prix ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, sweet malt, caramel, alcohol, dried fruit, rich malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish is light warm alcohol. [20180915] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle at cgarvieuk's. Pours clear brown. Aroma is caramel, apple, old dried dark fruit, fig. Body is heavy and dense, sticky as a barley wine but not fat at all. Caramel. Low carbonation, but just enough. Boozy. But good.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours deep amber, nose is caramel, toffee, sugary, light smoke, taste is chewy, caramel, sweet, hint of raisin.
