A very clear color, subtly voiled with a nice ivory foam. A refreshing nose with sweet citrus notes. A beer with refreshing flavours and a pleasant bitterness on the after-taste.

On tap at Pivo & Burger fest Ljubljana. Poured a hazy golden color, topped with a small white head. Grainy aroma, some very soury/lemony notes. Taste is soury with some bitterness, slightly wheaty. It didn’t convince me completely.

25/IV/15 - on tap @ ZBF 2015 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2015-515) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers!

Clear pale straw yellow beer, creamy white head, unstable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: very very soapy, like that St. Paul Blond from Sterkens. Some artificial lemon juice, sugary, sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very floral, some citrus, soapy, weird artificial floral stuff, slightly sourish. Aftertaste: floral, soapy, no good...

Draught @ BQ - Birra artigianale di Qualità , Via Losanna 36, 20100 Milano, Italy.Unclear - hazy matt light yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, bubble gum - mint, spicy, citrus, soap notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, soap bitter, spicy, coriander notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO more a belgium wit than a german hefe ;O) [20111109]

Hazy orange color, steady creamy white head. Weak banana-fruity estery aroma. Dry, slightly sourish, wheaty. A bit spicey finish. Refreshing with longstanding aftertaste.

[Draft at ZBF 2004] An unclear light yellow beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma is light of citrus and yeast and slightly sour (wheat?). The flavor is of sour wheat combined with corriander and ending on a dryness - a boring flavor. The body is thin. And all in all this is a boring beer. I hope Joris is right - and then I must resample it.

(Draught) Fully pale yellow, slightly yellow-tinted head. Slight hops, very yeasty and slightly grassy. Taste is sweet, with vanilla, yeasty - way too much yeast. The mouthfeel is all creamy. Aftertaste is just one jumble of esters and intermediate products of yeast in full ferment. Overall is simple: this was beer to be sold 6 weeks later. Hyper-green, fermenting worts.
