12% ležák je chloubou každého českého sládka. Náš ležák má delikátní chmelové aroma, zlatavou barvu a kompaktní dlouhotrvající pěnu. Po sladovém začátku následuje vyvážená hořkost s jemným dozníváním. Je vařen dekokčně na tři rmuty, za použití humnového sladu, chmelen žateckými chmely a ve sklepě leží minimálně 7 týdnů. Na zdraví!

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with Hrabren. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, eggy nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, sulphury and bit grassy with rather strong bitter finish.

0.5 l can shared with Ogi. Unclear golden, small white creamy head. Aroma is grainy with a hint of burnt matches. A soft floral note, chamomile. Flavour is grainy, herbal, a sulphur note, somewhat aggressive and astringent. Light body, moderate to high carbonation. Dry finish.

On tap at The Beer Spot Prague. Pours clear clear light gold with a white head. Lots of corn and straw on the nose. Flavour also has a fairly strong corn presence, some straw. Not a huge fan.
