Last year we had the pleasure of brewing with one of Budapest's finest, Monyo, in their digs, this year we had Monyo over at our place for the return brew! Together we made a round, sightly sweet and super easy going New England IPA brewed using extra pale malt, oats and wheat. We've used a new hop to us, Bru-1, which provides a lime like zest and bubblegum tones whilst a good dose of ekuanot in the whirlpool brings super fleshy, soft pear and peach flavours.

Can from Honest Brew. Murky pale golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dry grass and tonic water. Flavour of grapefruit, lemon and weed. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Drier and more bitter than most other NE IPAs.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Thin palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. The malts are thin and bring a pretty modest amount of sweetness. Piney hop. Thin citrus. Trace of tropical fruits. Whisper of hop skunk. Thin finish. Fuck me! Nothing offensive here but thin and boring and just goes to prove that the Collab between two good breweries can definitely be less than the sum of their parts.
