This sweet cider is obtained by concentrating the sugars of the juice, obtained by heat in a maple syrup evaporator. The fire still burns in it because, after the first taste of candied apples, we feel the caramelization, and then we feel the heat in the chest. It is served cold, but it becomes stronger in taste if heated in a bain-marie for after skiing or Christmas Eve.
