La Triple Swaf est une bière blonde refermentée en bouteille sur base d’une recette 100% originale, brassée par la Brasserie de Silly. A la dégustation, cette triple de 8% vol. alc. débute par un côté épicé au nez pour se poursuivre sur une amertume discrète mais bien présente. Tout cela sur un corps généreux avec une très belle longueur en bouche.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A clear pale golden beer. Aroma of dry grassy hops, belgian yeast. Taste of intense bitter floral hops, grainy malt, belgian yeast.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is estery, caramel, fresh yeasts, bready . Taste is sweet, bready, fresh yeast, caramel, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 19/9/2019. Dorée, col blanc léger. Arôme au bouquet finement malté sur un effet belge, retrouve de suite une marque épicée de coriandre, houblonné noble apportant des pointes de fleuri et citronné. Reste assez classique. Palais est malté, cara pils, coriandre rajoute à une signature très belge niveau levure. Amertume perce sur la fin et reste dans un style typiquement belge.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted malt. Bitter, herbal and toasted malty. Dry and phenolic. Bitter and åhenolic far finish.

Thank you for sharing tderock + kraddel! Sampled draft @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Dark amber, creamy white head. Nose is herbal BE spices, stale spices, sweet unpleasant herbal. Taste is herbal, metallic, stale, iron, herbal, kitchen spices, unpleasantly spice sweet, too metallic, herbal. Body is metallic. Not a fan.

Clear dark orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, bit sweet, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, pretty bitter, lots of metallic notes, banana, bit hoppy. Aftertaste: grains, malty, bit dirty, spicy, bit peppery, dry finish.

Hazy golden color with a white head and good retention. Aroma is malty with notes of marzipan. Flavor is bready, light yeasty, good maltiness asd slightky bittery. Smooth and creamy on palate with light sweet final.
