Bottle at The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour. Very interesting and complex fruit aroma; the flavour has some sweetness, good fruit flavour, complemented by a bit of tannins. Balanced.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Yeasty and bready. Tart and dry, tannins and a light apple note.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty notes, apple skins, and some farmhouse funk. Flavour is musty and dry, with farmhouse funk, musty apple skins, and earthy notes. Bone dry and funky. Good stuff.
