SCHWIND Bräu Josefator steht in der Tradition der Frühjahrs-Starkbiere, wie sie früher von den Mönchen während der Fastenzeit getrunken wurden. Mit echten 19 % Stammwürze ist das rotbraune Josefator vollmundig und malzig. Das bernsteinfarbene Bockbier wird extra lange gelagert.

Sehr schön vollmundig-süßlicher Antrunk, angenehm malzig-süßlich-schwer. Der Hauptteil ist toll leicht herb, vollmundig-süßlich-malzig. Sehr schwer, kaum alkoholisch. Nicht zu klebrig. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, süßlich-malzig. Ein paar nette dunkle Schoko-karamell-Aromen, dunkle Pflaume.

Pours clear amber orange with a thick white head. Aroma of bready malts, earthy notes, grass and farmyard. Taste is heavy, malty, sweet and bready with some earthy notes, hay and grass. Finish is sticky, sweetish and bready with some maltiness and earthy notes. Okay.

Etwas süßlicher, letztenendes aber doch betont malziger Antrunk. Typisch bockig malzig, wenig alkoholisch, passend würzig, durch eine leichte Hopfennote würzig. Die Intensität ist angenehem und stigert sich zum Ende in eine hellmalzige Richtung. Weiterhin leicht hopfig, abgestimmt, rund. Nie schwach, konstant stimmig. Minimal herb, was wirklich absolut im hintergrund bleibt. Danke an Erzengel für das Bier! 7/11/12/12/10/12

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Pours an almost clear amber golden with a rough off-white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and roasted malt. Solid body with a clean base of roasted malts and sweetish rye bread. Basically no bitterness. 180808

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber to light brown with a lacing off-white head. Mild fruity towards acidic and bitterhops aroma, light malt presence too. Sweet fruity and caramelish with a lack of bitterness. Sweet caramel and fruity lingering finish.
