Mild malzig-säuerlicher Antrunk. Im Mittelteil herber werdend wodurch die Malzigkeit in den Hintergrund rückt. Mild, eher lasch. Im Abgang kaffeeartig röstig, trocken hopfig, deutlich malzig. Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear, dark brown with a creamy, beige head leaving some laces. Roasty, malted accents with a hint of acidity. Light body, some roasted malt and then a very distinct lactic acidity. Very infected. 141208

Hazy brown with large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt and caramel. Sour flavour with heavy lacto notes. Finished sour. Infected stuff.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is weird - both sweet and sour with notes of caramel and bread. The flavor is acidic with notes of bread, caramel, and dusty hops.

50 cL bottle. Pours unclear dark brown with a fully gone head. Dry malty aroma, a bit dusty. Acidic and dry malty flavoured. Mild raisin fruity note. Ends with a lot of acidity to citric flavours. Off.

The bottle looks simple, but good. Not made for wide distibution. Deep-black in the glass. Tastes strong-malty, not too malty. Little sweet note. Intense finish, modest oily. Smoky-spicy notes in the end. Good beer!
