Bottle: Clean, pale-malty nose with a spicy aromatic (saaz) hoppy aroma; golden, quite stable fluffy white head; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; spicy aromatic-hoppy finish. Very spicy and aromatic Export, "Edel" indeed............

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a beautiful, slowly lacing eggshell-coloured foamy head. Sweet, cara-malty nose with milky notes of biscuits and light herbal hops in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Mild (cara-)malty, slightly buttery taste with herbal and woody hoppy notes; moderately dry, soft malty and hop bitter finish. Tastes a bit Bohemian (03.05.08).

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5

Herb-süßer Antrunk, harmonisch, relativ mild. Etwas grasig, süßer werdend, die Herbe nimmt kaum zu, dafür macht sich im Hintergrund ein hopfige Ton bemerkbar. Das Bier wird weiter milder, im Abgang wird es dann doch noch etwas herber, macht aber einen harmlosen Eindruck, auch der stärker werdende Hopfenton kann daran nichts ändern. Test vom 19.4.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,8,9,9,9,8 - 8,65
