On tap at the brewpub. The beer starts smooth malty. Fresh with earthy hints. Malty-caramel, not too sweet. The aftertaste is malty, a bit mouldy, but not too deep in aroma. Easy to drink, earthy-malty, smooth with moderate to low carbonation. Ok, but nothing special! 9/12/7/8

Süßer, unnatürlich bananiger Antrunk, der im Mittelteil leichte Malznoten aufwirft. Das Bier bleibt süß und süffig, leider aber zu keiner Zeit bockig. Wenig grasig, dazu dezent bitter. 11/7/8/6//6

Bügelverschlußflasche (100 cl): Deep golden, hazy with a small and very stable white head; moderate sweetish-bisquity-grainy nose with traces of toasted malt over a yeasty-fruity background; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; honeyish-sweetish finish with an increasing bitterness toward the aftertaste. Astonishingly decent, well rounded german Hausbrauerei brew..........
