Mild herber Beginn, klar, rund. Die Herbe wird stärker, leicht fruchtig und grasig. Zum Ende bitterer, weiterhin klar, die Grasigkeit nimmt leicht zu. Ein einfaches aber nettes Pils. 9/9/11/9/8/9

Pale blond color, hazy. Light cereals and straws aroma. Light cereals flavor, correct bitterness.

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Pale greenish-golden, a bit hazy with some UFO’s , fluffy white head; aromatic-citrussy hop-profile with a good pale-malty background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; slightly lingering dryish hoppy and pale-malty finish. Really good......

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a diminishing foamy white head. Slightly sweet and bready malty aroma with fruity and slightly woody hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly bready malty aroma with a tinge of biscuits and an increasing hops profile towards the bitter-sweet and slightly woody finish. Pleasant. 17.III.10
