[ As Prairie / TRVE Prairie & Friends TRVE Edition Sour Red Farmhouse Ale ].Clear medium to dark red amber color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, tart, wood, berry, oak, vinegar, funky, candy - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, candy, wood, oak, vinegar - aceton, apple - vanilla - apple pie - apple vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. IMO quit odd and unbalanced and a bit all over the place with this acetone - vinegar tart sharpness together with the over sweet fruit - berry - apple. Not the best Prairie beer i had !! Bottle, 6.66%. Hazy dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, berries and herbal. Flavour is malt, caramel, vinegar, sour fruit, herbal, dusty, oak, wood, sour, citric and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy amber red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, red fruit and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 301216

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, brett, lactose acid malt and hops. Light sour finish.

Bottle at home, gusher. Pours deep reddish brown, nose is bretty, burnt caramel, funky, fruity, taste is similar, tart finish.

Pours hazy reddish brown, bit of foam. Aroma is like old oxidised apple juice, you know homemade juice jar, you open it and take the mould off. Clean juice smells like this. Tastes a bit sour, some mouldy edges and a little bitterness. Wet sourness in the finish, juicy and apple-forward.

Bottle from Tanakaya, shared. Pours a hazy copper with very little head. Light oak, dark fruit, cherry with some light horseblanket in the background. Thin-body with a slightly watery mouthfeel. Musty, basement character, but still feels muted. Carbonation seems kind of low as well. Mildly sour finish.
