On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a deep orange/red color with an off white head. The aroma is strong with toasted malt, strawberry and herbs. The flavor is toasted with more berry notes, lemon tanginess and mild hints of molasses. The toasted malt is dominant with the sweet/tart character playing a supporting role. Nice mouthfeel and a good balance of yeast and sourness. I enjoyed this one.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark hazy orange with a beige head. Aroma is slightly sour/tart; fruity; earthy. Med body or so. Flavor wants to be red/brown sour - and I guess it actually is. Some med dark fruit; very light touch of earth.
