bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine scarsa ed evanescente, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso malto lieviti cereali ed erbaceo da luppoli, in bocca malto leggero miele cereali e leggero fruttata, corpo leggero, carbonazione piatta, oily, amaro moderato. Troppo piatta. Scarsina. 30.11.18

L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di perlage da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella norma, con velocità di ascesa risalita frizzante e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sentori di cereali.

Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze. Pale golden coloured, small white head, whiff of fruits in the nose. Weak malty, slightly fruity and weak herbal hoppy, hint of spices and that’ it. Overall pretty thin and watery.

Fruchtiger hopfiger Antrunk, leicht hefig. Das Bier wird trockener und etwas herber, der Hopfen nimmt ab. Rund, süffig. Nett! 8/11/10/11/9/10
