Draught at the Lambrate Pub in via Golgi; Sept 2013
Hazy blond color with generous head. Delicate grassy aroma, light malt; fresh. Dry mouthfeel, lean but not watery, with mild flavor of malt and delicate German hops; reasonably strong bitterness.
Better than most Kölsch in Koln, and still true to style.

Leicht herber und hopfiger Antrunk. Frisch, mild, ein wenig hopfig. Frisches süffiges Bier ohne Besonderheiten. 12/10/11/9//9

chiara buona schiuma piuttosto persitente non molto fine naso fresco leggeremnte erbaceo lupolatura discreta leggeremnte citrica rinfrescante retrogusto piuttosto lungo
