A clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt, biscuit, nuts. Taste of deep caramelized malt, biscuit, cereals, nuts, dusty bitterness.

Ein Mitbringsel meiner Schwägerin Anya -Herzlichen Dank fürs Mitnehmen Das Bier wurde für ein Samaragd-Fest in Schweinfurt gebraut und ist ein recht helles Märzenbier deutscher Brauart. Soll heißen: voller, malzbetonter Körper mit etwas schwächerer Hopfung. Der Industrie-Charakter scheint durch, aber es hat doch ein paar Ecken, damit es nicht in Vergessenheit versinkt.

Bottle @ Franken. Pours Dark Golden with a small White head. Lots of straw and hay. Dusty. Cellar. Industrial feel.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and slowly lacing foamy head. Hearty, slightly bready and honey-ish malty aroma with traces of caramel, backed by mildly herbal spicy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Strawy malty base with lighter bready accents, hints of honey, cereals and draff; mildly sweet and restrained bitter hoppy finish. Okay. 19.VII.17

Bottle: Golden, clear, lively carbonation, slowly collapsing rocky white head; sweetish grainy-dusty nose with an illusion of lemony to herbal hops underneath; mild to moderate - and a bit drier - sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied for a beer of 5.6%; gets slightly more hoppier in the bitter-lemony finish. Very inoffensive brew...

Hell würziger Antrunk, süßlich. Leichte Herbe mit Grasnoten, hell, würziger werdend. Vollmundiger, wenn auch trockener Mittelteil und Abgang. Hohe Karbonisierung, lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack. 9/9/9/9/7/9
