07-12-2017 // 300ml draft at Ratsstube Rüdesheim. Brewed at Faust, Miltenberg. Clear golden. Creamy white head. Tast is sweet pale malty, grainy, mild hay herbal bitterness.

Bottle bought from a shop in the centre of Rüdesheim, Germany. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a good sized frothy off-white head. Aroma of frut and veg, yeast, grass and hay. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Süffiger, hell bitterer Antrunk. Leichte Getreidigkeit, steigender Hopfen. Mit der Zeit weniger bitter, dafür herber. Aromatisch hopfig zum Ende, süffig, frisch. Rundes gelungenes Bier. 11/11/12/12/8/12

500ml vom fass in the bier garten at Ratsstube Rüdesheim. Clear golden body. Remaining white head. Dotted spots on the glass. Bread, earth and grassy aromas. Flavoured with herbal hops and grain, mid-sweet. Mild grassy hops to the ending. Accepted (Rüdesheim am Rhein 24.07.2014).
