Säuerlicher Apfelantrunk, sehr trocken. Etwas hefig, der bittere, hell malzige Beginn ist weiterhin vorherrschend. 8/9/9/9//9

Got a sample of this at the source. Pours amber with a big fluffy head. Aroma is sour apples, vinegar, and all that fun funk. Taste, however, falls short of the aroma, as little sourness is preserved in there. It kind of goes down sort of flat. This was an experiment, of course, so all is forgiven. Nothing is bad here.
