Dialed In is a dank, juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Pouring a vibrant, hazy gold; aromas of white wine, tropical fruit, and faint pine sap swirl around the nose. To enhance the distinct fruity, white grape flavors of the Nelson Sauvin hop, we integrated Sauvignon Blanc juice mid- fermentation. The addition of the potent Galaxy hop in the secondary dry hop charge provides enhanced notes of bright citrus, mango and over ripe pineapple. Soft and creamy with moderate bitterness; Medium-Light bodied with a crisp, dry finish.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, spices, straw, and exotic fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

No head, looks like unfiltered worts. Green herbs, insectoid, grapefruit aromas. Grapefruit, sweet-ish grains, lime, finish is metallic. Medium bodied, feels more carbonated than it looks. Far from bad, but compared to their APA... 7/4/7/4/15

Keg at the Trillium Tap Takeover at Beavertown Brewery Tap.light to mix-golden yellow, murky. Pine, grape juice, light notes of mango in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with slight acidic and sour flavours coming in mid-sip. Long dry finish with more vinous acidity and a note of rubbing alcohol in the aftertaste. Well-carbonated. Simple and refreshing for the ABV.

Keg at Beavertown. Pours murky yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice fleshy citrus in the nose, tangerine, melon, papaya. Medium to big sweet flavour with soft bitterness, a little pale bread. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a little resinous, with more melon, ripe tangerine. Great stuff.

Keg at Beavertown. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, white bread, grassy, straw, grainy and touch of grape. The taste is soft, rather sweet, juicy, white grape, candy, vinous, white sugar, lick of alcohol, green, grassy, weed with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Maybe a touch sweet. Well rounded and quaffable. Alright, but no game changer.

(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, July 5/17) Pours a lightly hazy orange with a small tight white head that leaves lace. Notes of juicy aromatic white wine grapes, ripe orange, mango, pineapple, leafy hops, moderately sweet pale malts, low bitterness, just a little resin to it, super lush, medium bodied with soft creamy carbonation and a bare hint of alcohol. Probably appeals to me more than some because of its allusions to white wine, but I am a big fan. Very drinkable!
