Dialed In is a dank, juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Pouring a vibrant, hazy gold; aromas of white wine, tropical fruit, and faint pine sap swirl around the nose. To enhance the distinct fruity, white grape flavors of the Nelson Sauvin hop, we integrated Sauvignon Blanc juice mid- fermentation. The addition of the potent Galaxy hop in the secondary dry hop charge provides enhanced notes of bright citrus, mango and over ripe pineapple. Soft and creamy with moderate bitterness; Medium-Light bodied with a crisp, dry finish.

Pours a murky, brownish-orange, with minimal head (fans of New England IPAs will recognize the look). Strong citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Flavor is very juicy, with strong citrus and hop bitterness dominating. There’s a slight touch of sourness to the finish (the wine grapes?). Pretty good stuff.

Thanks to Priorl & Mathieu87 for procurement & organization. Can sampled @ “Samson & Geert Tasting 21.01.17”. Canned 12.08.16. Hazy orange. Nose is cheesy dank hops, I can get some white grape but that is mainly the power of suggestion, profile seems more like hops than the real deal, getting a good amount of grapefruit peel as well. Taste is mellow cheese hop, very little white grape (largely abscent it seems), some papaya, low grapefruit peel & more creamy cheesy hop. Despite the added grape juice this one lies within familiar Trillium territory which doesn’t matter given the quality.

Can, by way of a trade. Super hazy, deep gold. Foamy, frothy ringed, lasting, just off white head. Nose has creamy sweet, vanilla malts, laden with juicy, fruity, dank hop. Notes of sappy pine. Ripe pineapple. White grape. Grape skin. Some white pepper spice. Peach flesh and peach stone. Taste is peachy sweet, turning light, clean, minerally bitter. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. No way feels the ABV. Dries out on the finish. Fresh and clean and juicy as you like, throughout. Right up my street, this.

Thanks Dr. Steele for sharing the can! Poured into a snifter showing hazy orange with quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of blood orange with a strong background of tart sauvignon blanc. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Flavors of tart sauvignon blanc with a moderate white wine bitterness.
