Dialed In is a dank, juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Pouring a vibrant, hazy gold; aromas of white wine, tropical fruit, and faint pine sap swirl around the nose. To enhance the distinct fruity, white grape flavors of the Nelson Sauvin hop, we integrated Sauvignon Blanc juice mid- fermentation. The addition of the potent Galaxy hop in the secondary dry hop charge provides enhanced notes of bright citrus, mango and over ripe pineapple. Soft and creamy with moderate bitterness; Medium-Light bodied with a crisp, dry finish.

Canned on 12/08/2016. Thanks Drew.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head that left some sly sticky lacing.
The aroma starts off with sweet to bitter danky hop oils moving slowly over some grape juice (sharp yet sweet, sly bitter). Danky sweet onion, super subtle pine. Tropical fruity juice.
The flavor leans to the sweet danky onion side allowing the hop oils to create a slick sweet free flowing juicy to hop oily aftertaste riding on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a nice sipping quality about it. Moderate carbonation with a sly stickiness about it nuanced by some sharp to semi-oily yet slick feel, now that’s quite different for a DIPA. I’m guessing the sauvignon blanc grape juice flowing all about, is that what is doing it? Me, I’m not sure.
Overall, a fabulous DIPA that really \"dials in\" well in the aroma and flavor with a different sort of feel enacting itself on my tongue. Of course, I would have this again, and can understand why a fair amount of people aren’t going to like this. Those grapes change up the \"feel\" on the tongue, so be ready for it.

Taster pour at Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Across America. Appearance is cloudy light yellow, small white ring of head. Aroma is strong pine, corn chip, resin. Taste is similar to aroma, with stronger pine/spruce toward finish. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and corn chip/piney finish, balance of sweet and bitter. Overall, a strongly flavorful beer though the taster pour picked up more pine than the variety of flavors described. I think the beer oxidized from the keg/warmth leading to the corn chip flavor. Will have to try a full bottle at some point.

Growler filled 3/24/16 and drunk 3/26/16.
Hazy-to-soupy, lime-tinted brass body is topped by a sizeable white head that steadily fades to cover.
All sorts of grape/white wine notes in the nose, as intended, with light pineapple, hints of pine and strong lemon all keeping brightness high. Fair amount of acidity and punchiness though, perhaps even moreso than Speed Dial, with the Galaxy adding its tell-tale spicy-pine-meets-booze-and-punchy-tropical-fruit character. Yes, I enjoy making up these stupid deScriptions, as you’d expect.
Dextrous, malty, but fairly dry body is full of pineapple and lemony-pine. White grape suggestions give probably a bit too much acidity and there’s strong booziness on the finish. Still, you can’t argue with the juiciness and lovely honey, as well as the comforting, slick-to-creamy texture. Certainly unique and fun to try, but I’m not in love with the heavy galaxy dominance and white grape character, by any means.

750 ml bottle in a trade with ClarkVV. The color is straight up grapefruit juice, thin head. Aroma is juicy, bold juice mixed with moderate grassy notes with a mild touch of pine.

The flavor is mostly citrus BUT the other combo’s are really awesome. Grassy and very mild traces of some mild herbal pine. Some white grape from the Nelson. God I love Nelson in the right combo! Body is light but not a negative. It actually gives it a more drinkable quality. Damn, this is crazy drinkable. I am extremely happy to have sample this twice. Thanks Clark for both accounts.

Pours hazy light gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Passion fruit and resin aromas. Soft sweet hot yeast and lemon upfront turning to hot resin in the lasting finish.
