0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear golden in the glass, white and foamy one finger head. BB03/25. Soft grainy malty aroma. Taste starts malty, toasted, bready, some bitterhop. Below average carbonation. Nice one of its kind.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, fine malty, spicy notes. Shy metallical touch. Some grasy hints as well. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

Heller, trocken herber Antrunk, wenig würzig. Bitterer im Mittelteil, leider wenig aromatisch. Zum Ende hin bitter bleibend, leicht hopfig. Ok, für ein Festbier langweilig. 11/8/9/8/8/8

Bottle: Golden, smaller lacy white head, grainy nose with a nearly imperceptible bisquity touch and traces of herbal hops, as well; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering dryish hoppy finish with a delicate pale-malty counterweight. Very decent.....

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is bready malts, some mild fruityness, earth as well as some slight grassyness. Flavour is bready malts, some fruityness, mild toffee as well as some slight notes of vanilla. Pleasantly balanced.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Strawy malt-character with a tinge of biscuits, accompanied by herbal and subtle citric hoppy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm and pleasant carbonation. Strawy pale malty taste with mildly fruity notes; almost dry bitter-sweet and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Typical Festbier with traces of character. 17.XI.10
