Sehr helles Weißbier im Glas. Schön hell-orange-gelb im Glas. Geruch schön hefig-süffig-mild. Antrunk ist schön frisch-hefig. Sehr schön süffig-süßlich. Der Hauptteil wird einen kleinen Tick herber, bleibt aber schön hefig-süffig und sehr schön "weizig". Im Nachgeschmack bleibt eine lange, süßlich-hefige, leicht bananige Note auf der Zunge.
--> sehr schönes, volles süffiges Weißbier, das mir im Nachgeschmack aber einen Tick zu muffig ist --> fast perfekt!

Bottle: Golden, hazy, mid-sized creamy and stable head; quite spicy sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; bananas and lemons in the nose, hiding some cloves; sourish-sweetish finish with a light fruitiness (bananas). Not very aromatic, but really refreshing Weizen........

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a huge and dense foamy white head. Dusty, slightly acidic, citrus fruity wheat-malty nose with clovy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheat-malty taste, restrained fruity with a minimal tart, slightly bitter and clovy finish. Not a highlight but a clean and decent Hefeweizen (04.05.08).

An unclear light yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is primarily sour from diacethyl, but also with notes of wheat and lemon. The flavor is slightly sour combined with notes of hops and wheat. And the body is thin.

Muddy light blond color. Some plastic in the aroma. Useless taste, astringent, with a too bitter and disgusting final.
