A clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of sweet juicy apples, low sourness. Taste of tart apples, sulfur, moderate sourness.

6/8/2018. Bottle from tegut..., Frankfurt. Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet caramelised apples, vaguely herbal and spicy, and different to the other big bottle apfelweins ive tried here. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Light body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Very dry, acidic, tart finish which gives way to a longer lasting light apple sweetness. Quite drinkable.

Trockener, wenig alkoholischer Apfelantrunk. Süffig, das Apfelaroma wird schwächer. Holzig, zum Ende steigen die Aromen wieder. Rund. 6/10/11/11/8/11

The cider is dry and fruity in the nose. Nice light level of carbonation. Very dry in the beginning. Fruity (and a bit spicy) apples, not too deep, easy to drink. Fresh with nice sourish apples there, very dry. The aftertaste is sourish-watery, nice fresh apples, easy to drink. The sour apple aroma remains long on the tongue.
