Flesje thuis gedronken. Donker amberkleurig bier met mooie witte schuimkraag. Weinig aroma. Zoete smaak van gebrande mout. Weinig nasmaak.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 9/2018. Color is cloudy dark orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Caramel, pine, dry fruits, some hops and malts. Decent light barley. Condition is probably optimal right now because of softness.

Fles gekregen van Inoven. Het is roodbruin bier met medium schuim. Het heeft een rozijn achtig aroma. De smaak is moutig, bitter en wat zoet.

Warm golden colour, off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, red fruits and raisins. Sweet flavour, raisins, brown sugar and caramel. Full body. Sweet finish, malts. Nice.

30/08/2017 @home - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Hazy amber with medium white head. Nose is malty, herbal cough sypup. caramel. Taste is herbal cough syrup again with some malts and caramel underneath.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Wijnzinnig, Gendt. Hazy amber with almost no head. Boozy yeasty caramel aroma. Sweet hoppy aroma with a minor underlying bitterness. Nice but less smooth than most barley wines.

Bottle @ home. A bit unclear dark orange to reddish color, small to average sized beige head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, leaves, raisins. Taste malts, raisins, dark fruit bitterness combined with malt bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Ok beer but a couple of rough edges imo for a barley wine.

Bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is krachtig en zoet met iets van karamel, zoet fruit en toffee.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with hoppy hints. Sweetish malty spicy caramel hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel hoppy finish.
