Hell herber Beginn, zum ersten mal bei den Zibert Bieren nicht wässrig. Nuancen von Alkohol, wenig helles Malz. Der Alkohol wird schnell deutlicher, da andere Aromen rar sind. Minimale Bitterkeit. 8/7/8/7/8/7

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear golden, white fast diminishing head. The aroma has some extra malts, extra sugars and a bit of white toasted bread - but it still feels like a strong lager. The taste is similar - moderate sweetness, a touch of alcohol and moderate bitter finish that is half hops and half alcoholic bitterness. No big flaws, and that keeps it away from your average mitsne, but it’s just as far from a proper bock.

Straight from the bottle. Gushing present. Malty nose of grains & candy. Medium body. Malty grainy taste, clean, robust, Light hoppy bitterness in ending. Not much of alcohol feel. OK
