bottle, thanks to pivnizub! Brown with a mid-sized beige-brown head. Malty start with caramel and some chocolate, some licorice, finishing with a touch of hops.

(bottle, 33cl, as Cranger Bock, 7.5% abv) Dark brown, almost black coloured hue with a beige and medium-sized foamy head. Dark malty, slightly roasted malty aroma with notes of chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Mildly sweet and slightly roasty bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly roasted malt character with nutty notes, cacao, caramel, vanilla and shades of leather; medium-dry and mildly roast-bitter finish with a balancing malty sweetness and notes of chocolate in the aftertaste. Rather a Stout than a Bock I´d say, but also a likeable one. 04.X.17

Tap (@Hopfenfest, Bermúdský trojúhelník): Hazy, deep amber coloured, medium-sized tanned head; sweetish caramelly nose with a toasty touch; medium bodied, nevertheless relatively "light" for a DB, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; dark-malty to caramelly finish with the helpful balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. Well balanced, well drinkable, nevertheless a pretty tame Bock...

Dunkel malziger, süßlich vollmundiger Antrunk. Steigende Süße, milde Kräuternoten. Dabei weich, nie alkoholisch, trocken herb-malziges Ende. Nett. 11/10/9/9//9
