Milder, trocken malziger Antrunk. Dezente Säure, wenig herb, nicht aufeinander abgestimmte Aromen. Muss nicht sein. 8/7/7/7/7/7

Bottle(333ml): Chestnut-amber coloured, small loose of white foamy layer; mild caramelly-nutty nose with a herbal-hoppy background; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and tart; slightly lingering dry, but thin bitter-malty finish. Poor, especially by franconian standards…

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Juicy and a tad sugary (cotton candy) cara-malty aroma with notes of red berries, pineapples and ripe tangerines. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Contrary to the aroma surprisingly dry-ish malty base with notes of caramel, slightly bready accents, backed by mildly fruity and delicately spicy hops; almost dry but malt-accented and slightly caramelly finish with a slightly fruity hoppy tail. 09.III.15
