On tap at Die Worthmühle. Preambel: They changed the name of the beer. Now it is just called "Mühlenbeer" and they changed the manufacturer, since the old one was taken over by another company (maybe it was / sounds like Altenauer). Back to topic: Comes with hazy, dark yellow color and a big, nice white head. The nose is sweet with wheaty and yeasty aroma. Taste is a little like Weissbeer, some bananas, some yeast and some herbs. No salt, no corinader. Pleasant. Very funny: since the staff told us, it is a gose without salt and coriander....yes...

Draught @ Die Worthmühle, Goslar. Aroma has soapy citrus and mild hay notes. Flavour has citrus, some hayish and grainy malt. Surprisingly low on salt, just a slight saltiness in the finish. At the end of the glass this starts to feel more salty and some herbs also step in. Quite rich for a gose - in blind tasting I’d take this as a wit. Refreshing.

Draught at the brewpub/restaurant. Pours cloudy lightish amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and grain, with some hoppy notes. Sweetish, malty flavour with pronounced estery notes and sourish, grainy touches. Bitter hints of hops. Mild, estery and slightly acetic aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel. Easily drinkable and decent for the style. As of today, available only on location.

Big offwhite slightly creamy lasting head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Floral minty aroma with herbal notes. Dry-sweetish spicy minty floral taste with coriander and wheat notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry grassy mealy coriander aftertaste with vague citric herbal notes. Tart herbal taste lingers. Nice, drinkable, unusual, but ultimately more like a heavily spiced wit than a true gose. (0.5 draft, die Worthmühle, Goslar.)
