Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza aspetto nuvoloso. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido 21 giallo paglierino 22 giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si fermano note di miele, resina, agrumi, limone e mandarino.
