Bottle shared with JFE at In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst, 06.10.19. Translucent orange. No head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of gape gooseberries, gooseberries, citrus, strawerries, brett and acid. Very dry and acid mouthfeel.

Corked bottle, 8/13, so very fresh. Reddish pink color. Oak, sulphur, berries and a hint of marzipan in the aroma. Sour flavor with lemon, oak and berries. Young and spritzig. Obvious fruit character, Hint of sulphur. Fairly complex already.

Bottle, 750 ml at In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst. Pours orange red with small white head. Fruity, cherries, raspberries, funk, barrel, vinegar. Medium balanced acidity. Medium bodied. Quite complex, but balanced. Liked it.

0,75l from bottle at Grote Dorst. Old bottle (2015?) Amber hazy colour, small white head. Smells earthy, spices, vinegar, bit peppery. Bit heavy on the vinegar. Medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, spices, vinegar, light sweetness, light gooseberry, spices, peppery, earthy, rather lactic. Finishes dry and rather lactic sour with notes of vinegar, earthy and peppery notes. Decent but very vinegary, past its prime 7,4,7,3,14

Bouteille(750cl): Almost clear, almost orangey, almost no head, distinctive sour-fruity nose, with malty(!) and cellary-mushroom aromas and a slight medical touch; solid sour flavour with delicate traces of a certain residual sweetness, medium bodied, both tart and soft (by Lambik standards); robust and lingering sour-fruity finish with molecular traces of balancing sweet malt, mildly burnt throat in the aftertaste. Yes! The right thirst-quencher for our central-european heatwave (07/18)...

At Hopishop 2017. Aroma of cherry, raspberry, tart, acidic sourness and oak. Flavor of raspberry, oak, tart, horseblanket, cherry and an acidic fruity finish. Very good.

Bottle. Nose is blackberry, pomgrenade, cherry, bloodorange, gooseberry. Palate is sour raspberry, cherry, bloodorange. Interesting and tasty, but a bit too vinegary in the finish.

Dark orange with almost no head. Aroma is vinegar-y yellow berries, grapes. Taste is the same. The vinegarness is not over the top. Low carbonation. Juicy. Good.
