Il gusto al naso rintraccia il floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. L'aspetto del liquido è nuvoloso, attraversato da bollicine fini. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è ebano scuro. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di caramello, miele, frumento e frutta secca.

bottle thanks alberto ambrato carico quasi scura buona schiuma discreta schiuma fruttata leggera banana discreti esteri morbida poco amara un lieve caramello tostato un filo etilico riscaldante finale

On tap at Lanterna del Doge in Zero Branco, at the source (practically). Rich caramel pour with orange highlights, cloudy, medium and persistent off white head. Nose: ouh! Wheat blast, a bit roast, rich cloves! Yes! Mouth: the start is super rich, malty-wheat, middle dry with a silk and long finish! Lovely ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
