On tap at Lumencraft Chisinau Airport, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is subdued, with Belgian yeast and light candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with candied sugar and some nice esters. Nice usage of Belgian yeast. Solid beer.

Danke an Dorin. Weicher, leicht alkoholischer Hefeantrunk. Milde trockene Herbe, süßlich würzig, süffig. Deutlich getreidig. Nett. 10/9/9/9//9

DEC-2018. Cloudy amber, creamy ivory head. The aroma has notes of baked apples and cinnamon, spicy phenolics - kinda harsh on the nostrils - too much stroke matches - feels young rather than "Belgian". The taste is close the the aroma - sweet bread and cooked fruit, young and astringent, juicy and lively, very low on hops and not that much character from the yeast, to be honest. It might not be what it wants to, but surely drinks well, like a fresh weizen it such. A good one. 6-4-7-4-14=3,4.
MAR-2018. Almost clear deep amber, sticky off-white head. Belgian estery aroma - kinda fruity but also rooty - some white bread, spicy boozy notes. The taste has gentle vaguely fruity sweetness, oily and bready undertones and prominent boozy spice. With all that, it does not feel harsh or overly hot, but is not the easiest drinking beer either. Not bad, overall. 6-4-6-4-14=3,4.
MAR-2017. Almost clear amber-red, off-white head. Subtle fruity and bready aroma. Clean but pretty characterless. Light dry malty, slightly fruity, light hoppy and alcoholic bitterness. Better, still mediocre. 6-4-6-3-12=3,1.
JAN-2017. PET fro the brewery. Cloudy red, off-white head. Sweet estery aroma - fruit and lollipops, bready, nail Polish heat, notes of raw yeast. Very hot taste as well, light caramel sweetness and acetone, dirty sauerkraut finish. A fermentation gone wrong. 4-3-4-2-9=2,2
