Der «Geisser» erfreut alle, die es etwas stärker mögen. Eine erhöhte Menge an erlesenen Malzsorten verleiht diesem Starkbier einen kräftigen Körper. Ein grün-grasiger, hopfenaromatischer Duft lässt den im Brauprozess verwendeten Saphir-Aromahopfen erahnen, welcher für die Seele des Bieres verantwortlich ist. Ob Dörrfrucht-, Karamell- oder Zitrusnoten: Sie alle sind durchaus willkommene und gewollte Geschmacksnuancen dieser hochkarätigen Bierspezialität.

In my point of view, it is a decent bock, easy to dry for the beginners. It is malty, bready, touch of honey, some hop, a bit dry, 02.09.2017, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at intercomestibles Zürich.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente ed erbaceo.

bottiglia 29 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine persistente, colore oro limpido, al naso malto tostato caramello prugne secche e una leggera punta di caffé, in bocca malto uva passa zucchero di canna, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Buona, mi è piaciuta. c. calendario dell’avvento 2019 COOP CH 04.07.20

Schnell auflösende Schaumkrone. Süßlicher Geruch. Im Antrunk wenig süß und brotig malzig, konstante milde Herbe. Geringe Hopfigkeit, ab dem späten Mittelteil insgesamt harmonisch, süffig. Zum Ende alkoholisch wirkend. 7/9/10/10/12/10
