Der fruchtige Cocktail Hugo stammt aus Südtirol und besteht aus Prosecco, Holunderblütensirup, Limette und Minze. Für Hessen Hugo nehmen wir natürlich auch hier wieder unseren Apfelwein als Basis. Auch dieser "Aperitivo aus dem Bembel" hat nur 4,5 % Alkohol.

Süß säuerlicher Beginn mit deutlichen Holunderblüten. Nicht wirklich apfelig, die Säure steigt etwas an. Monoton. Okay. 7/7/7/6/6/7

Bottle from Rewe. Alcoholic-artificial nose. The mix tastes sourish-fresh. The elderflower is there, the lime as well. The cider in the background is sweetish and one-dimensional. Refreshing though, but no long aftertaste and a sweetish and slightly artificial character.
