Mit Gerstenmalz und Weizen gebraut, ein paar Haferflocken runden den Geschmack ab und sorgen für ein ausgewogenes Mundgefühl.
Klassischerweise wird dieses Bier im Kochvorgang mit Pomeranzenschalen und Koriander gewürzt. So entsteht ein unauffälliger aber frischer Anflug von Zitrus-Aromen und Geschmack.

Spritziger, hell hefiger Antrunk. Geringe Kräuternoten, kaum bitter. Spritzig, helle Würzigkeit, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Dezente Süße zum Ende. Süffig, rund, gut. 10/11/10/9//9

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, quite spicy. Light fruity hints of apple, maybe some pear. A bit sourish-salty, not too intense. Well balanced mild finish, still spicy-malty. Nice!

0,33 l bottle bought at the brewery last sunday. Unclear pale golden in the glass, white short living head. Yeast and coriander on the nose. Taste starts with more witbier influences. Some sweetish malt, caramell, but also yeast, citrus, some coriander, grassy hints. Low biitterness in the second part. Getting thinner to the end. Nice brew!
