Dunkler, cremig malziger Beginn. Angenehm hopfig, was aber weitestgehend im Hintergrund bleibt. Weich bleibend, moderat bitter, die Hopfigkeit steigt an. Vollmundig, langer bitter hopfiger Nachhall, bei dem die Espresso Aromen im Hintergrund sind. 13/12/12/12//12

330ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with weak ruby red glimmer and small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Chocolately, dark malty aroma, cautious hints of red fruit, piney and minimally grassy hoppy overtones, a touch of resin and tropical fruit. Taste is minimally sweet, roasty dark malty, slightly chocolately, grassy and fruity hoppy overtones, cautious hints of tropical fruit, orange, mango, grapefruit. Absolutely flawless, harmonious, well balanced, really nice complementarity of hops and malts. Plays on a wide range of the hop claviature - piano. Would like to revisit a forte performance.
