Lahev (Tesco, Plzeň):Deep reddish-amber coloured, presumably hazy, small off-white layer; dryish bitter-sweet nose of burnt coffee, burnt malt, some dried fruits and mild hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a certain acidity, pretty light bodied and not overly soft; increasing both acidity and bitterness towards the coffeeish end. At least drinkable...

Mély vörösesbarna szín, gyenge hab. Nem túl szénsavas, illata erőteljesen kávés, csokis, mást nem is érezni. Ízre is kávés, elég lágy, ízre is kevéssé szénsavas, kerek, kávés utóíz, szinte semmi komló, semmi maláta íz. Van beltartalom, de nekem annyira nem talált...

0.33l bottle. Black body with a thin light brown head. Chocolate and sour cherry dominates but there is also some cocoa and plums in the mix. It has practicaly no carbonation that doesn't suit this beer and the finish is a bit empty. Not bad at all, but won't be my favourite porter.

Brewed in Slovak Republic. Ani to nie podobne do Portera londynskiego, ani do baltyckiego. Takie zupelnie nijaki. Zwykle ciemne piwo z dodaniem tzw kawy 3w1. Odradzam

330ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. A fawn-coloured head over a coal black body. Clingy lacing down the glass. Moderate smell of brown malt, dry. Roasted malty flavours, hints of nuts and earth. Dry, mid-sweet roasted end. Quite alright without further excitements. (Pivoteka H7 Tromsø 12.10.2017).

Bottle from Tesco. What to say here. This piece has very little to do with porter, if anything at all. Very very boring black water.

Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of and shared with JFK10000. Pours black with medium beige head. Bit roasty, some coffee, caramel, smoke, empty, watery and bland. Light bodied.
