Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long dry, citrus, orange and grape finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A hazy, golden beer topped by a big, foamy light beige head. Lacings. The aroma is on the fruity side with a touch of malts and pine cones. Dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Full to medium bodied, with flavors of pine cones, resins and some pale malts. Bitterness. Lasting finish. Sure drinkable, but rather boring. 150724

12oz pour at IL Santo Bevitore pours a clear gold with some foamy white head. Nose has traditional IPA notes, straw, lemon, pine, soap, lightly gristy. Flavor has a bit of malt then grass and lemon, mild soap, straw. Dry finish. Standard IPA.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours pale amber with a decent white foam. Aroma of fruits, resin and pine, light grass, caramel. Flavour is balanced, medium malt profile with a medium bitter end. I expected something more.

At Macche pub in Rome-Italy, in tap together with mortlach. Pours hazy golden going orange, frothy white cap. Nose: sweet orange juice, piney background (just a hint), malts. Mouth: easy drinking, not complex but easy drinking. Balanced malty notes, gently bitter. Ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Black Door. Amber colored, thin white head. Sweet fruity, pineapple, grapefruit. Flavor has gooseberries, grapefruit, oranges. Bitter finish. Tasty stuff.
