At first we launched Sleeping Lemons, 3.6% with a tart, zingy acidity and rounded salt character, it was the perfect sunshine beer. It was our firm favourite all through the summer, however it’s not summer anymore…

Sleeping Lemons Export comes in at 6% lending a bigger, maltier body to the beer. The fuller mouthfeel and warming alcohol bring decadent flavours of lemon meringue pie to the character of this beer and the acidity is more rounded and reminiscent of lemon curd.

Made with preserved lemons, this re-release of an old favourite, now available in our 330ml bottles for you selfish people out there who feel sharing is all too much...

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sauda. ABV is 6%. Pale yellow colour with floaties, moderate to small white head of poor retention. Aroma of lemons, lactic acid, coriander and sea water. Sour flavour, loads of lactic acid and lemons, moderate coriander and salt. Unbalanced.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Noam. Cloudy pale yellow. Lemon, sea salt, lacto, tart, a bit salty. Very nice and refreshing.

17/6/2017. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemons, lemon curd, hop and peel. Moderate sweetness, moderate sour and saltiness. Light body, watery texture, above average carbonation. Rerate 24/5/2020. Bottle from The Castle Yard, Coventry. Appreciate this style more than I did back in 2017.

Bottle @ Johns. Pours yellow with white head, light floaties. Aroma of light sourness, malt, yeast, tart fruit, green appel, citrus, lemon. Flavor is light sour, malt, tart fruity, mild citrus, lemon. Medium body, average carbonation, light sour fruity finish. 6-2-7-3-14. 170617

Bottle, 6%. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, spices, apple and a little salt. Flavour is malt, spices, lemon, little salt, medium sweet, hop, apple and a little bitter.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Moderate malty and light hoppy nice aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale golden body with no head or lacing. Lively carbonation. Aroma of lemon and orange squash. Flavour of musty lemon and a hint of vinegar. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Harsh and sour. Not great.
