09-10-17 // small bottle at the cidery. Clear golden. Apple fruit aroma. Very dry body, light sweet apples, dry sour apple aroma.

Very dry and fruity in the nose, very intensive. The cider starts with an average carbonation very dry. Nearly no sweetness, quite astringent. The mainpart is quite fruity-appely, very dry, not too sour, nice dry sour apples. On the tongue remains a dry cider-apple profile, still astringent, nice. 10/11/10/11
